LOWER SHORE YMCA Chesapeake, VA. Like many YMCA associations, the Y of Chesapeake is a small organization with a slim budget. That meant it was important to purchase a high-quality dehumidifier that will be affordable to operate and maintain, and will last for many years. My name is Glen and I am listing this working Dactron auto STAC ST500W4. Physical condition is decent, but unit has some dings on the right side(see pictures) Normal marks, scuffs, dirt, and such. Power cord is included. We DO NOT normally work weekends. Nor any USPS/ UPS holidays. At end, the Dactron software products took more than 50% of the world market in the real-time vibration control industry. Brilliance is the successful factor of the whole project. Shock, Vibration and Impact Testing. There are different kinds of shock tests, vibration tests or impact tests, for example, rocket engine tests, blast and explosive measurements, Split Hopkinson bar material tests, Charpy tests, bird strike or general component crash tests.

Davtron Inc has determined that installation of all Davtron products are considered minor according to (FAR) 21.93(a). All of our units are similar in design, with their electrical, mounting size, and weight being similar. Even though we consider installation of Davtron products to be minor, it is up to the installing mechanic to determine if the installation is minor or major. For a minor, a maintenance log book entry is all that is required. The FAA has determined that the installation of replacement clocks in non-transport category airplanes is considered to be minor, therefore only a maintenance log book entry is required referencing letter 100S-GA-10-53 from the FAA. For a major installation on a non PMA approved airframe, a FAA 337 form should be filed with your local FSDO and a possible field approval done. FAA PMA# PQ1062NM (View a sample 337 form)
Davtron Inc. recommends that you purchase our products through your local avionics shop and have them do your installation. They know how to handle all the log book entries you need for FAA approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My clock is displaying all 88:88's on the bottom of the display, what is going on?
A: First check memory battery and see if it is low or dead, remove battery and power up unit and see if that fixes your problem. If not, it is probably a bad display driver and unit would need to be sent in for repair.
Q: My backlighting is uneven or doesn't work, what is wrong?
A: The unit uses incandescent bulbs and some or all of them have probably burnt out.
Q: My unit is reading _ _ _ on temp reading, what does this mean?
A: It means the unit is not seeing the probe, it is either a bad connection, or a bad probe. Check wiring then replace probe if wiring is fine.
Q: My unit is reading --- on the top line of the temp display, what does this mean?
A: This means there is probably a short inside the probe, replace probe, C307PS.
Q: My display digits are off, ghosting, what is wrong?
Drivers Dan Theme Song
A: The LCD display has moved inside the unit and is miss-aligned and needs to come back in for alignment. It is possible that the LCD display could be cracked in one of the corners.
Q: My button fell off, how do I fix it?
A: You can either send unit in for repair, or replace button with 5 minute 2 part epoxy. Remove case with single screw in back and glue button to switch shaft. Place unit face down on buttons till glue dries.
Q: When trying to set time, FT, or ET, more than the flashing digit is changing, what is wrong?
A: The clock IC has failed and needs to be replaced.
